The first edition will have exclusive vacancies for women who took a break from their careers to dedicate themselves to motherhood.
São Paulo, May 2021 – Invillia, a Brazilian multinational that develops digital products and services for global game-changers, has just opened registrations for Reinvent. This is a completely free program dedicated to preparing tech professionals, who for some reason have paused their careers, to return to the job market.
The Reinvent program is part of Invillia Academy that seeks to prepare and qualify tech professionals, providing accelerated development for top talent.
People who participate in the program will have the chance to restart their careers through classes with some of the best professionals in the industry to refresh themselves on the main methodologies and technologies in order to improve and update their knowledge. With 100% remote and free meetings, Reinvent will be divided into three sprints with two weekly classes. The program will give an overview of the market and present a trend of the moment and, finally, develop the practical part under the mentorship of Invillia technicians.
“The last sprint is essential to put into practice everything that has been learned during Reinvent. In these classes, the talents will have an individual accompaniment and will leave ready to compete for the best places in technology, and may even join the Invillia team”, says Renato Bolzan, Invillia’s CEO.
To participate it is necessary to have programming experience, to have worked in the sector and to be out of the market at this time. Registration is open throughout the year.
