With the success of the “hello, strangers” movement, Invillia launches “</The Strange {Developer’s} Symphony>”, a music clip created with algorithms that translate feeling “strange” working in any tech.
Everywhere, November 2021 – With the mark of nearly 1,300 connected talents around the world, developing digital products for global game-changers, Invillia, a Brazilian multinational company belonging to the Compasso UOL group, plans to reach 2023 as the largest 100% distributed tech in the country.
As part of the strategy, debuts a series of online actions around a geek-comic clip titled </The Strange {Developer’s} Symphony>.
With the concept and creation of the award-winning Rodolfo Barreto, the composition was designed combining algorithms and terms famous among devs, which were mixed with frustrations they face professionally.
Inspired by Bo Burnham’s Inside movie, the idea was to create a song that spoke from developer to developer, in a manifesto format. However, keeping the geek and comical approach that has become Invillia’s trademark in the previous “hello, strangers” campaign.
The final touch to the single was given with the interpretation of Junior Carelli, recognized several times as the best Brazilian keyboard player, enhancing the melody with notes tailored for a computer keyboard. And that can be easily reproduced by the audience.
“Once again, we want to show all the options within Invillia to play a career as we believe it should be: light, flexible, with global opportunities. It is essential for the professional today to be able to choose where to work, have a clear vision of the future, and have the chance to learn and be involved with emerging technologies. This campaign wants to show our culture, our different way of facing innovation and invite those who are not satisfied with the tech where they are, getting to know Invillia and accelerating their dreams and ambitions”, highlights Renato Bolzan, CEO of Invillia.
THE PROGRAM
With the signature “Meet Invillia and play your career as a dev_”, the promotion of </The Strange {Developer’s} Symphony> includes media in the main tech channels, Youtube and Instagram, and a strong presence in audio streaming platforms such as Spotify and Deezer.
During the first months of the campaign, are also scheduled actions in innovation and technology communities, lives in various channels of the geek universe. And the participation of Invillia leaders in events that will open conversations about the challenge of being a “stranger” in the tech scene, starting with the sponsorship of Rocketseat’s DoWhile, which will involve more than 100,000 developers.
