We asked Isabele Moraes, Systems Analyst at Invillia, to tell in three photos and a story, what connects her day. From breakfast to computer shut-down. Showing in practice what it is like to work in our distributed model, but always close. Routine, interactions, work-life balance. The result is an inspiring testimony about how she organizes her life and has time to do everything she loves, including sharing knowledge and experiences on her YouTube channel. Planning, impact on people, continuous improvement and overcoming goals are some of her keywords that motivate us all.

First… Introduction and presentations ?
I consider routine an essential thing in a person’s life. It gives the direction so we can reach our goals and that is why when I start my week I already have my list of tasks ready to be completed.
But before I tell you more about it, let me introduce myself. My name is Isabele Moraes, I am 24 years old and I work at Invillia as a Systems Analyst. I am passionate about problem-solving, planning, organization, personal development and action figures. I started in the IT career at the age of 18 and since then I have been evolving with each experience.
Invillia has contributed to many of these experiences, with a spectacular culture, so that I can get out of my comfort zone and make things happen that I never imagined I would do.
My projects
I strongly believe that all knowledge acquired is only worthwhile when we use it in a way that impacts our lives and the lives of others. Thinking about it, I share my knowledge and experiences, every week, on my YouTube channel (Isabele Moraes). I believe that this way, I can motivate and help people to reach their goals and see that they are not alone in this journey.
As I am looking for the best and fastest way to organize my daily tasks, I am in the process of developing an application with a different way of organization that will meet my needs and I believe that it will also help several other people who want to organize themselves better.
In addition, the technology area is constantly updated so I dedicate a few hours of my week to study new technologies, languages or something that is already out of date in my head.
My routine
In order to make all of this happen, I start my day at 5:00 am, prepare my cappuccino, and already get a book (I love reading self-help, personal development, neuroscience books, among others). After finishing my reading, I make the bed and start my English exercises for around 30 minutes.
Then, on some days I edit a video, on others I create scripts for new videos and on others I do a study on IT, previously programmed.
Even though the company has a flexible schedule (which is wonderful), I like to connect with my team at 8:00 am. When we had to go to the office, around 7:20 am I got ready and left the house. Because we are definitely connected now, I can spend very little time starting to work.
After working hours, I continue to follow my schedule studying, recording new videos, developing my application, writing for the company’s magazine, in short, one of the tasks I defined over the weekend. And, of course, can’t miss a rest to recharge batteries, so there’s always an episode of a series, or a video game, a walk outside, and some attention to “foquinha” and my family.
I try not to set too many tasks for just one day so I don’t get overwhelmed. I do everything I need during my week, achieve my defined goals and still manage to have fun in this process and rest.
I hope you feel inspired by my routine and start organizing your day to reach your goals in a fun and rewarding way. And, of course, if you are looking for an opportunity in the IT area, Invillia is certainly a great choice, words of a person who is passionate about the company where she works ?
